20th anniversary of Securo Beveiliging

Founder Amerik van Duin writes: "Today, August 31th 2024, marks a special milestone in the history of Securo Beveiliging. Exactly 20 years ago, I walked into the Chamber of Commerce to realize my dream: to establish a security company that stands for reliability, safety, and long-lasting relationships. It is almost unbelievable how quickly time has flown and how much has happened in these two decades.

It has often been said, and yet it remains true: a journey like this has its highs and lows. In 2004, I was still the only employee, filled with enthusiasm but also uncertainty. Now, twenty years later, Securo Beveiliging has grown into a thriving organization with over 100 dedicated employees. The success we celebrate today is the result of hard work, perseverance, and, above all, collaboration.

A company of this size is never built alone. Therefore, I want to express my appreciation first and foremost to our fantastic colleagues. Your dedication, professionalism, and passion for safety have made Securo Beveiliging what it is today. Day after day, you commit yourselves to protecting our clients and giving them the confidence that they are in safe hands.

Additionally, I would like to thank our clients. Your trust and the long-term relationships we have built over the years are invaluable. Together, we strive for the highest standards in security, and I am proud of the partnerships we have developed and strengthened over the past twenty years.

On such an occasion, I also want to extend a special word of thanks to my family. Without your unconditional support, understanding, and love, this journey would not have been possible. You have always been my anchor, in good times and difficult ones. The long days, the challenges, and the moments of doubt would have been much harder without your support. Your belief in my vision and your patience are a crucial pillar of the success of Securo Beveiliging.

It is thanks to all these contributions that we can celebrate our 20th anniversary today. We have built something special together, and that is an accomplishment to be proud of.
